RATE SCHEDULE Rates are daily, based on double occupancy and include our full breakfast. Rates subject to change. LODGING: $110.00 ~ 150.00, double occupancy Additional Person - $40.00 extra Single Occupancy - deduct $10.00 A 50% percent deposit is required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 5 days after the reservation has been made. An additional 8 1/4% NY state tax and 2% Otsego County Bed tax will be added. We are pleased to accept cash, check and Traveler's checks.
