Owners on property of about 6 acres with a lovely valley view, and great
local hiking, biking and running.
Close to Cooperstown (8 mi), Dreams Park (5 mi), Oneonta (20 mi). Many local attractions. Local phone services, satellite dish network TV & radio (many channels), off-street parking. Linens provided for the week and local laundry nearby (2 mi). Unable to accommodate pets but will be happy to provide you with information on local kennels available. Restaurants within reasonable distances (2-8 miles), outdoor grill & picnic table for each area. Owners in residence -- hoping to make your stay a pleasant one. Rates by the day or week (see below). Children's play area/climbing structure/sandbox (Eagles Nest) for use by both rental units. |

I "Crows Nest" very clean two-bedroom 2nd floor apartment,
with kitchen (with TV/VCR/Dish network. ready to use ("U" supply food). Pine floors and trim, one double bed in each bedroom, plus pull-out Futon in
studio style combination living room, dining area/kitchen.
One full bath, shady deck near woods w/glider & chairs; lawn with picnic table & grill. Climate control with 2 heating units and a window fan in each bedroom. |

Unit II:
"The Bunkhouse" Ground level 2-room suite
handicapped accessible with
private bath 5 ft. down the hall. Large (25' by 13') main room
with double bed, 2 easy chairs, TV/VCR, piano (use negotiable depending
on skill, time-of-day, and other tenants hours and preferences)
Patio doors to deck off this room. (With gas grill, picnic table,
deck lawn chairs and access to lawn & Eagles Nest. Shared lawn
w/proprietors and their pets.
Suite includes microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster-broiler and grill on the deck outside. Back bedroom off main room with bunkbeds, desk, easy chair. |
